CHIP OFF THE OL' BLOCK!
We justust got word that one of our former Adrean Alumni,
John Madia, has got a hot prospect living in the land
of the Boilermakers...his son Andrew. Andrew has finished
his Junior high season this past week. He did it it
unprecedented fashion. He lead his Jr. high squad for
the day with some potent stats: AB-6; Hits-4; 1b-0;
2b-0; 3b-1; HR-3; RBI-15; Grand Slams-3
Andrew will be playing on the elite travel team for
13 year olds this summer. In fact they have already
started their schedule. Andrew plays thirdbase and shortstop
and by now we all know that he can obviously hit. Andrew
is slowly approaching that age bracket where hopefully
someday his team will be playing in the Super Six. It
may be one of the trips he may be making to visit the
relatives back here in Utica. Andrew, everyone here
wishes you the best of luck in your upcoming season.
And don't forget that you better watch out for your
brother Daniel, he'll be competing for a position with
you soon!
