Frank DiBrango is a first year player that came to AP with little high school playing time under his belt because he broke his throwing thumb in high school workouts diving after a ball. Frank plays hard all the time and is committed to learning the game so he can be a contributor behind the plate next season. His ability to call a game behind the plate is outstanding for such a young player Frank got a taste of championship play when he got playing time in the states this past year. Frank needs to work on strength and foot speed in the off season. Frank showed significant arm strength improvement in his first year with AP. This season the staff is looking for Frank to put the pieces of the puzzle together and become a contributor both on and off the field.
