Coaches Comments: AJ should have a breakout year this year. His playing time for his high school team should increase, and that additional PT will make AJ an even more dangerous hitter than he was last year. He has a real quick bat and in spite of being hampered with a severe back strain this off season, he has gained considerable strength in his swing.
As in the past, AJ will have to work hard to gain a solid foothold on a defensive position. He'll be battleing for a spot in the outfield where he can show off his arm strength and decent running speed.
AJ always works hard and has been a great addition to the team these past 2 years. AP needs for him to produce both offensively and defensively in order to return to the NY State Finals.
